We don’t want to brag, but we’re kind of a big deal. Proof? We presented the “CMT Performer of the Year” award at the Country Musical Television awards in Nashville on Wednesday. I know, we couldn’t believe it either!

KLG: Any excuse to go to Nashville. Everybody loves Nashville. And we did the show live from there on Wednesday and we’ll shoot some other pieces down there as well.

HK: Who are most excited to see?

KLG: You! Get down here already.

Cher rocks perfect bod at Billboard Music Awards

HK: Exactly! First of all, I just want to point out we have such crazy timing. We planned this Nashville trip a long time ago- little did we know the Predators were going to be in the Stanley Cup finals and that every single country star was going to be freaking out at the games. Hello, Carrie Underwood’s husband Mike Fisher is the captain. We better get our Predators T-shirts, Kathie!

KLG: And we’re going to put on the tightest pair of Spanx we have, so we can get on stage and present that award.

HK: By the way, Kath, you were talking about the dresses. Well, we ate fried chicken and stuff earlier this week and I just kept going — knowing I had to put that dress on didn’t stop me. So I’ve just surrendered to knowing once I get in that dress, it’s going to be like a sausage roll — just one big sausage. I don’t even care, I gave up the other day after the chicken.

Prince William is role model for wanting normal life for his kids

KLG: There aren’t enough Spanx in the world.

Every weekday at noon, Maxine (Vanessa Williams), Mo (Tichina Arnold), Heather (Fiona Gubelmann), Kibby (Chloe Bridges), and Nina (Camille Guaty) — hosts of “The Lunch Hour,” the long-running women’s talk show — talk juicy gossip.

HK: Meanwhile, Halle Berry was at the Chrysalis Ball on Saturday night in a silver sequin number and there was lots of chatter about whether she was pregnant. I mean, listen, if I looked like her, I would be over-the-moon happy. But the way she was holding her belly did make it seem like she was coyly trying to say something.

KLG: Listen, I know the pose you use to say you’re pregnant and the ones you use on a red carpet, and this isn’t exactly a red-carpet pose, if you know what I mean.

HK: She posted a photo on Instagram saying ‘Can a girl have some steak and fries??’ — so she didn’t deny it, but she did seem to address it.

Kathie Lee & Hoda: Our hearts expand for ‘Hoda Mama’s’ new baby

CASTING CALL TO PLAY US

Actress Vanessa Williams is the star of “Daytime Divas,” VH1’s new show that’s about a panel of daytime talk show hosts. The series is based on former “The View” co-host Star Jones’ book “Satan’s Sister.” So naturally, it got us thinking about who would play us in the sitcom version of … “The Fourth Hour.”

KLG: We would play ourselves, are you kidding? There are no actors as brilliant enough in the whole world to do us.

HK: Exactly what she said. She can act like herself.

Celebrating Mother’s Day has a new meaning for Hoda

KLG: Excuse me, I’m a very fine actress.

"4 years together and getting better every day," Hoda Kobt captioned this photo during a family day out on the beach with her adopted daughter Haley Joy and partner Joel on June 5, 2017.

HK: Exactly.

KLG: Let me remind you that we’re in “Sharknado” and we’re practically the stars!

HK: Kristen Wiig could play Kathie and some other nameless person can play me.

ABSENT? NOT HER! NEVER!

Woody Allen said showing up was 80% off success, but Mareiya Gonzales, 17, did it 100% of the time. The high school senior from California has never missed a day of school and has had perfect attendance since kindergarten.

KLG: Well, I represented Maryland in America’s Junior Miss pageant one year. But like the Brownies, I was kicked out of that one, too. This time they said I was talking to a boy. I don’t want to talk about it. It still hurts.

HK: Of course you were. My parents made us go to school. If you were sick, unless you were in the hospital, you had to go. But I did win “Messiest Roommate” in college.

KLG: A well deserved honor.

HEY, HODA, WE REMEMBER

In true Hoda fashion — and we love her for it — HK forgot her anniversary! Last week Hoda and Joel — JODA — celebrated 1,461 days together.

HK: Look, I’m not a date person, but I just assume I’m going to be with Joel forever, so I’m happy. I’m happy we hit four years, but to me, sure, it’s a milestone, but it’s just the way life is going to be. Being with Joel is how you feel with family, you just know they’re always going to be there.

BOX OFFICE ‘WONDER’

Wonder Woman is kicking butt at the box office. The superhero flick made over $100 million at the North American box office — the biggest opening ever for a female director.

KLG: Hoda probably won’t see a movie for the next four years, but by the success of it, it sounds fantastic. I haven’t seen it yet.

HK: I really do want to see it. Something about the fact that it kicked ass makes me want to see if even more. I also love that we didn’t know who Gal Godot was before, and now she’s a superstar.
